about

I felt like I had the opportunity to see, in a very clear light, important things in my life bloom during the time this album was written. And this music was a way of acknowledging it before moving on and before this whirlwind of change took them away from me. Glimpses of beauty as things were constantly shifting. Moving from homes to houses to homes. Being completely and totally lost and unsure of where I was or where I was going. Changing jobs and relationships. Discovering the beauty of the 3am hour. Falling in and out of love with passing moments and strangers. Trying to grapple with big things inside myself that were pulling my life into darkness. Standing in front of a deep depression and feeling powerful emotions. It was a transition and this was my map of my path through it.

Sincerely,
Kevin
